Personal Profile
Nicola Snow is a post primary teacher of Business and Special Education. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Special Educational Needs from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership from the University of Limerick. Nicola is currently completing a Masters in Education at the University of Limerick. Her research focus centres on school leadership, specifically that of “Toxic Leadership” within an educational context.
Research Interests
Nicola’s research interests include but are not limited to: toxic leadership, workplace bullying, well-being, education.
