Personal Profile
Patricia is Professor (Chair) of Education (Leadership) at the University of Limerick. She is also the Director of Human Rights Equality Diversity and Inclusion at the university. She began her career as a post primary school teacher before completing her PhD in the examination of supervisory relationships from a critical theory perspective. Patricia teaches courses on leadership, organisational behaviour and research methods in Ireland and internationally.

Research Interests
Patricia’s research interests currently include bullying (workplace and school), harassment, gender-based violence and harassment, power, organisational well-being, organisational relationships, organisational culture, stress and burnout and leadership development.
